How many photos will we receive?
You’ll receive all usable images captured during your event, along with a curated set of professionally edited photos. The total number varies depending on the length and scale of the event, but we focus on delivering a strong, complete story rather than limiting you to a set number.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days. For larger events or peak seasons, it may take slightly longer. If you need images sooner, we can provide a small preview set shortly after the event.
Do you help guide us during the event, or is everything candid?
We do both. Most of the event is captured naturally to keep things authentic, but we’ll step in when needed for group photos, key moments, or anything that requires direction. Our goal is to keep things smooth while making sure nothing important is missed.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your session or event up to 24 hours in advance. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate new dates based on availability. For cancellations within 24 hours, fees may apply depending on the scope of the booking.
Can you handle large or multi-area events?
Yes. We regularly cover events with multiple rooms, activities, and moving schedules. If needed, we can bring in additional photographers or coordinate coverage to make sure all key areas and moments are captured efficiently.
